Signposting
For staff who feel they need some support with their mental health, knowing that help is available and where to find it can make a big difference. Having clear signposting information within your school will provide reassurance to staff that their is support should they need it.
A signposting template
Below we have provided a simple signposting template for you to download, which includes some guidance on how to populate the template with relevant signposting information for your school.
We have also provided a poster for Education Support's helpline, which you can download and display in your school. Our helpline is free and available to all serving and retired teachers, lecturers and staff in education (primary, secondary, further or higher education) in Wales, England and Scotland 24/7, 365 days a year.
