The very simple audit tool below will help you to assess what you are already doing to support staff mental health and wellbeing at school. 

It will also help you identify any gaps and areas for improvement. 

The tool uses a simple traffic light system and we recommend you print it off to complete. 

Don’t be alarmed if there are a lot of ticks in the ‘not in place’ column.
